COLLECTION OF INFORMATION

Mix Networks is committed to respecting the privacy of its customers, users, and subscribers.  The information that you provide to MIX Networks such as name, address, billing information (credit card, backing info, or other) usernames and passwords, contact information, or other personal or private information will only be used in the context of your customer relationship with MIX Networks and will not be used for other purposes.  MIX Networks uses such personal information to setup and configure services, complete billing transactions, to communicate with you, to troubleshoot service issues, to tell you about new MIX Networks products, services and/or benefits. Credit card numbers secure and are used only for billing transactions and payment processing and are not used for other purposes.

OUR USE OF YOUR INFORMATION 
From time-to-time, MIX Networks may send out surveys or questionnaires to obtain your opinion about certain MIX Networks products or services, and your personal or professional interests, opinions, or preferences. We value your opinion and will use the information that you provide to continuously improve the VOIP products and services that we provide to you.

MIX Networks will not sell, rent, market, or lease your personal information to any other party without your written consent. Unless required by law, Mix Networks shares your personal data only with business partners or underlying service providers who act on our behalf to complete or deliver the MIX Networks VOIP products or services that you have subscribed to. MIX Networks business partners are bound by Mix Networks' privacy policy with respect to the use of your personal data and are not permitted to sell, rent, market, or lease any of your personal information to any other party without the full written consent of MIX Networks and you, as customer/user/subscriber.

Unless required by law, should another entity not bound to MIX Networks' Privacy Policy request your personal information, you will be notified of such request and asked permission for release prior to MIX Networks providing the requested information to the requesting party. If you choose to share such personal information with the requesting party, the use of the personal information will be governed by the requesting party’s privacy policy, and not MIX Networks’ privacy policy.
